Future Build Venture Fund 1 is a pre-seed to seed stage venture capital fund investing primarily in South African ventures.The fund invests in B2B and B2B2C (and selectively in B2C) tech-based ventures - with a focus on 6 areas - HealthTech, FinTech, CleanTech, EdTech, Agri/FoodTech and Software / Digital Solutions.
We aim to back black-founded (at least 50% of the fund) and female-founded (at least 25% of the fund) technology startups in South Africa with the aim of increasing venture capital funding to underrepresented founders.
